Tried out a new technique for shading on this Elan portrait instead of a blending stump. I like it much better, it appears to preserve the line strokes underneath.

Pen (thin Sharpie, which are amazingly waterproof), watercolor, Bic Wite-Out, and Opaque Pigment Marker “Permapaque”.
One of the many watercolor sketches I plan to do, some may be too ambitious for my skill though.

In my usual insane way of trying to keep fandom/original slash/original art/boring likes separate I have a photography tumblr. I used to do Flickr but tumblr right now is my thing.
